"The lotus ponds of Ninh Binh have burst into bloom, draping the landscape in shades of pink and white and drawing photographers and visitors from around the world. Footage filmed on Monday shows a sea of delicate blossoms stretching across the wetlands, while visitors stroll along wooden walkways weaving through vibrant green fields. “Today, visiting the lotus pond at Mua Cave, I felt completely immersed in nature and experienced a sense of peace and tranquility. It's truly beautiful and worthy of being admired by people from all over the world,” one visitor said. Towering limestone karsts rise above the flowering ponds, while nearby traditional architecture adds to the area's picturesque appeal, creating a scene that has become one of Ninh Binh's most photographed seasonal attractions. “I am delighted to be here in this beautiful landscape with all these beautiful flowers behind me,” said Magali, a visitor from France. The annual lotus season in Ninh Binh runs from late May to August, with the blooms at their most spectacular during June and July. As the flowers reach their peak, visitors continue to flock to the area to capture the striking contrast between the colourful blossoms, emerald-green fields and dramatic limestone peaks."
