"More than 5,000 drones illuminated the night sky over the southwestern Chinese city of Chongqing on Tuesday, in a large-scale light show marking the fifth Global Media Innovation Forum hosted by China Media Group and the Chongqing municipal government. Footage shows light drones forming animated shapes of a bird, panda riding train, flowers and cityscapes, as well as the lettering 'CMG Forum' in the night sky. The show came as a part of the opening of the forum scheduled to tame place on June 8-10, titled 'Upholding and Redefining: The Mission of Media in the Intelligent Age'. The event is aiming to strengthen cooperation between media and technology sectors. 300 representatives from international organisations, media outlets, technology companies, academia and think tanks will discuss the impact of artificial intelligence and digital transformation on global media systems."
