MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines, Japan, and the United States held their second trilateral maritime dialogue in Manila on June 8, reaffirming support for international maritime law and expressing concern over tensions in the South China Sea, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said on Thursday.
