Historic Moment: Gaudí's Basilica Makes Architectural History

The Sagrada Família in Barcelona has set a new world record: With a height of 172.5 meters, the basilica is now the tallest church in the world. Just in time for the 100th anniversary of its creator Antoni Gaudí's death, the Jesus Christ Tower was completed, surpassing the previously leading Ulm Minster with its 161.5 meters.
