MANILA – The PBA (Philippine Basketball Association) Commissioner’s Cup title series between Barangay Ginebra and TNT is drawing television audience once more. Around 2.85 million viewers tuned in during Game 3 of the best-of-seven series on Sunday, posting a high 4.1 percent rating.
