CREIT net income steady at P1.4B in 2025

MANILA, Philippines — Citicore Energy REIT Corp. (CREIT) reported a net income of P1.43 billion in 2025, reflecting stable earnings from its solar lease portfolio.  READ: CREIT sustains growth with P1.4-B earnings In a statement Thursday, the company said revenues held steady at P1.88 billion. This was supported by long-term leases of solar power plants and land parcels for renewable energy projects.  Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization reached P1.85 billion.
