MANILA, Philippines — A man was arrested for allegedly possessing materials showing him engaging in sexual activities with some classmates when they were still minors, the Philippine National Police Women and Children Protection Center (PNP WCPC) said on Thursday. An undercover agent discovered the explicit materials on the suspect’s phone, leading to his arrest in Pasig City last January 29, WCPC Chief Brig. Gen.
