MANILA, Philippines — Senator Sherwin Gatchalian on Saturday urged the Department of Energy (DoE) and Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) to consider imposing a price cap on liquified petroleum gas (LPG) a amid the ongoing crisis in the Middle East.
