TAGBILARAN CITY — Former President Rodrigo Duterte’s supporters gathered in large numbers at Plaza Rizal in this city on Saturday, March 28, for the formal launch of the Inday Sara Duterte Alliance (Isda) Bohol. The gathering coincided with the former president’s 81st birthday, opening with a motorcade at around 4 p.m., followed by a program at 6 p.m., drawing participants from Tagbilaran City and nearby areas.
