TAGAYTAY CITY–Zedrick Ivan Honorica, a food delivery rider, set a new Philippine record in the men’s elite sprint at the Asian Cycling Confederation Track and Para Track Cycling championships on Sunday at the Tagaytay CT Velodrome.
