'You can't trust the United States of terror' - Massive crowds gather in The Hague to denounce ongoing attacks on Iran

"Hundreds of pro-Palestine and pro-Iran demonstrators gathered in The Hague on Saturday to protest ongoing US and Israeli attacks on Iran, with counter-protesters briefly confronting them. Footage shows protesters marching on the road, waving Palestinian and Iranian flags and chanting slogans including 'Netanyahu terrorist, Donald Trump terrorist.' Police officers can also be seen arresting a protester, while counter-protesters chanted and carried Israeli flags nearby. "There shouldn't be a ceasefire because you cannot trust the United States of terror. And you cannot trust Israel because both of these countries are genocidal countries, so there is no peace," Reza, a protester, said. "There cannot be any ceasefire, the only thing that's going to help Iran is not west, it's not east, it's only the Iranian missiles that's going to help them," he continued. Joost, another protester, stressed that there hasn't been 'any concrete reduction in the violence' amid claims of 'deals and agreements' from the US side. "Whatever America claims, they have betrayed negotiations twice in a row with Iran now," he remarked. "I see no reason why Iran themselves would ever believe any of America's claims about negotiations, especially while Israel continues now to attack every critical infrastructure and even nuclear plants," he added. The demonstration comes amid escalating tensions following joint US-Israeli military operations against Iran launched on February 28 and the killing of Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei. Iran responded with retaliatory strikes on US and Israeli assets, while the conflict spread to Lebanon with Hezbollah intervention. Regional instability has disrupted shipping routes, including the Strait of Hormuz."
