Father kills 12-year-old daughter over candy theft allegation, arrested

Police arrested Pushpendra alias Pappu Sharma on Sunday. He allegedly beat his 12-year-old daughter to death with a stick. The incident occurred in Ratanpur village. The shopkeeper accused the girl of stealing candy. Her mother filed a complaint. The stick used in the crime was recovered. An FIR was registered at Narora police station.
