LUCENA CITY — Anti-narcotics operatives seized over P6.1 million worth of suspected shabu (crystal meth) as well as arrested two alleged high-value targets in a buy-bust operation in this capital city of Quezon province on Sunday afternoon. Lt. Col. Ryan Hernandez, Lucena City police chief, identified the suspects in a spot report by their aliases “Kalbo,” 43, and “Macmac,” 35, both residents of the city.
