MCIA restores Cebu to Quanzhou direct flights via Xiamen Air

MANILA, Philippines — Aboitiz-run Mactan-Cebu International Airport (MCIA) has relaunched direct flights between Cebu and Quanzhou in China’s Fujian province, with twice-weekly service operated by Xiamen Air.
