MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Monday announced that the newly opened Cavitex C5 Link-Segment 3B will be toll-free for the entire month of April. The two-kilometer connector road is expected to reduce travel time from Taguig City to Parañaque City to just 15 minutes from 1.5 hours.
