TUGUEGARAO CITY — In a symbolic celebration of Earth Hour last week, the Department of Environment and Natural Resources–CENRO Calanasan released a juvenile Philippine Grass Owl (Tyto longimembris amaurotata) back into its natural habitat on Saturday, March 28, at 8 p.m. Dubbed the “Earth Owl” conservation action, the release coincided with the global Earth Hour event.
