MANILA, Philippines—Converge came to the defense of guard Alec Stockton, who has borne the brunt of online criticisms the past two games in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup. Stockton hasn’t been his best recently down the stretch with some costly mistakes in a pair of heartbreaking losses for FiberXers. “It’s normal. Everybody goes through slumps.
