MANILA, Philippines – Some passengers at the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) reported delays in their scheduled trips to the Bicol region on Monday. In a text message to the Inquirer, PITX Senior Corporate Affairs Officer Kolyn Calbasa said the delays of the buses going to Bicol is caused by “usual traffic.” The Inquirer surveyed some passengers at Gate four of PITX where buses bound for the Bicol region, Visayas, and Mindanao are set to leave.
