MANILA, Philippines — Motorists will catch a break from surging gasoline prices as a major oil firm announced no price movement this week. Diesel, however, continues to post double-digit increases. In an advisory Monday, Seaoil said there would be no price adjustment for gasoline. Diesel and kerosene prices, on the other hand, will climb by P12.50 and P2 a liter, respectively.
