PNP: Russian man, 3 others nabbed for ‘illegal recruitment'

MANILA, Philippines — A Russian man and three purported cohorts were arrested in Pasay City for allegedly operating an illegal recruitment scheme, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said on Monday. Operatives of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) tracked the suspects down to a condominium complex in Pasay City last Wednesday night, according to the PNP in a statement.
