LTO summons driver, vehicle owner involved in Rizal road rage

MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) on Monday said it summoned a motor vehicle driver who allegedly brandished a firearm during a road rage incident in Taytay, Rizal. The LTO said it also summoned the registered owner of the vehicle, a Nissan Navara, along with the driver, and ordered both to appear before its Intelligence and Investigation Division (IID).
