MANILA, Philippines — Citicore Renewable Energy Corp. (CREC), backed by tycoon Edgar Saavedra, posted higher earnings in 2025 as it maintained strong power sales, coupled with an increase in service fees. In a statement, the company said its net income rose by 14 percent to P1.15 billion from P1 billion. CREC’s service fees alone jumped by 34 percent to P325 million. Consolidated revenues also inched up by 3 percent to P5.32 billion from P5.1 billion.
