CEBU CITY, Philippines — A residential fire that broke out in Sitio Bagumbayan, Barangay Tinago on Monday afternoon, March 30, affected at least 25 families and damaged 16 houses, according to the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Cebu City. An initial report from the fire bureau indicated that 14 houses were totally destroyed, while two were partially damaged in the blaze, which spread across an estimated 900 square meters.
