White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt said the President is calling on Congress to return to Washington, DC, to "do its job" and reopen the government after lawmakers fled town on vacation, leaving many Department of Homeland Security employees without a paycheck.  This comes after the Senate passed a garbage funding bill to fund the Department of Homeland Security, but without funding for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and ditched town.
