ILOILO CITY— The Iloilo City government will continue distributing fuel subsidy coupons to public utility jeepney (PUJ) drivers on April 9 as part of efforts to ease the impact of rising fuel prices on the transport sector. The city announced on Tuesday, March 31, that a total of 1,600 PUJ drivers and operators qualified for the P1,500 subsidy, covering 1,782 jeepney units, based on the master list provided by the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) Region 6.
