CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, Pampanga — The Archdiocese of Lingayen-Dagupan has launched its diocesan inquiry for the beatification cause of Bishop Cesar Maria Guerrero, who pioneered dioceses, established seminaries, and promoted Marian devotions. The ceremony at the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist in Dagupan City on March 27 followed approval from the Dicastery for the Causes of Saints, the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) announced in a post on Saturday.
