DPWH pauses road work projects to give way to Holy Week exodus

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) ordered all its offices to pause construction projects across the country to give way for travel during the Holy Week exodus. “Our instruction to all district engineers and regional offices is that there should be no ongoing projects.
