CEBU CITY, Philippines — The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Cebu Chapter brings back one of Cebu’s iconic footraces with the IBP: Cebu Tricity Marathon 2026 on October 26, starting and finishing at Robinsons Galleria Cebu. IBP Cebu Chapter President Michael Francis L.
