Jean Garcia and Arra San Agustin are set to headline the upcoming film “Kusinerang Bulag” (The Blind Cook), which will center on Filipino culture, family ties and culinary traditions. The movie, which is being filmed in Iloilo City and Batanes, follows the story of San Agustin’s character, Luz, a young chef who refuses to abandon her family’s restaurant despite losing her sight due to a tragedy.
