Archival agrees with Tomas—but defends SRP-first CBRT rollout

CEBU CITY, Philippines — Mayor Nestor Archival on Tuesday said he agreed with Vice Mayor Tomas Osmeña’s call to restore the Cebu Bus Rapid Transit’s (CBRT) original Bulacao-to-Talamban alignment, but defended the current rollout through the South Road Properties (SRP) as a “more practical” starting point.
