Fair, hot weather expected nationwide this Holy Wednesday

MANILA, Philippines – Fair but hot and humid weather will prevail across the country this Holy Wednesday, April 1, according to the state weather bureau. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said a ridge of a high-pressure area continues to extend over Northern Luzon. “The ridge of a high-pressure area is part of a high-pressure system where the air moves downward,” Pagasa weather specialist Chenel Dominguez explained.
