LG CNS is stepping up its robot transformation (RX) business, launching a dedicated unit to help enterprises design and execute their robot adoption strategies. The company announced Wednesday that it has established the RX Innovation Lab, a new specialized team that provides consulting services for customized robot deployment. The lab supports the full RX adoption process, from identifying optimal use cases based on a company’s work environments and goals to redesigning workflows and validating productivity through proof of concept (PoC) testing. With the newly launched unit, the company offers a three-stage program — insight, design and proof — to help clients develop the most effective robot transformation strategies. In the insight stage, it will analyze the client’s industry characteristics, on-site conditions and business processes to identify areas where robots can be implemented.
