MANILA, Philippines — Packs of suspected shabu (crystal meth) worth P38.6 million were discovered inside three “abandoned” inbound parcels at the Central Mail Exchange Center in Pasay City, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said on Wednesday. The parcels were flagged during an inspection by the Ninoy Aquino International Airport Inter-agency Interdiction Task Group on Tuesday, according to the PNP in a statement.
