Man indicted for shooting outside Detroit restaurant after feds recognize him on video

A federal grand jury has indicted Albert Egnis, 28, on one count of felon in possession of ammunition, court records show, after a Special Agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) recognized Egnis on surveillance video.
