Tawi-Tawi town declares state of emergency over fuel shortage

PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur — Mayor Jasper Que of Bongao town in Tawi-Tawi province on Wednesday declared a state of local emergency following a crippling shortage of fuel that has disrupted transport, fishing and the delivery of essential services.
