Jason Omar Channer, otherwise called ‘Popeye’, who was listed by the police as wanted for murder, is now in custody. Channer surrendered today in the company of his attorney. He was being sought in connection with the murder of 54-year-old Rohan ‘Fatta’ Lee. Lee was fatally shot on October 13, 2025, along Belvedere main road in Red Hills, St Andrew, about 1:30 a.m., investigators said.
