IFATCA and ITF Africa honour Rev. Stephen Wilfred Arthur for excellence in aviation leadership and safety

The International Federation of Air Traffic Controllers' Associations Africa and Middle East (IFATCA AFM) Region, and the International Transport Workers' Federation (ITF) Africa, have conferred a distinguished honour on the Director-General of the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA), Rev.
