Dole tells employers: Comply with pay rules for April holidays

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Labor and Employment (Dole) has reminded all employers to comply with proper payment rules in observance of the regular holidays and special non-working holiday for the month of April this year.  This is in line with Labor Advisory No. 05, Series of 2026, or the Payment of Wages for Regular Holidays on Maundy Thursday (April 2), Good Friday (April 3), April 9 (Day of Valor), and April 4 as a special non-working holiday (Black Saturday).
