MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Labor and Employment (Dole) has reiterated to all employers that they should comply with the proper pay rules in observance of the regular holidays and special non-working holiday for the month of April. This aligns with Labor Advisory No. 05, Series of 2026, or the Payment of Wages for Regular Holidays on Maundy Thursday (April 2), Good Friday (April 3), April 9 (Day of Valor), and April 4 as a special non-working holiday (Black Saturday).
