Royal Mail has accused me of sending it £1,705 worth of USED stamps and won't swap them for new ones: CRANE ON THE CASE

I was told that of the stamps I sent in, 947 were either used or counterfeit. I can't understand how this is the case as I bought them from the Post Office.
