Masbate police arrest man for alleged illegal diesel transport

LEGAZPI CITY, Albay — Police confiscated 1,250 liters of diesel and arrested a suspect who was allegedly transporting the fuel illegally in Balud town, Masbate province, on Wednesday. In a report, the Police Regional Office 5 (PRO-5) said the suspect, identified only as alias “Rey,” was caught in possession of five blue plastic drums containing 250 liters of diesel each, following reports of unauthorized fuel trading in the area.
