MALAYBALAY CITY, Bukidnon — Under the summer heat and amid loud cheers from the crowd, competitors outdid each other in traditional games at the Kaamulan Festival. The tribal sports, known as Kag-alu-alu tu Kaamulan, drew large crowds from March 27 to 29, signaling to organizers the growing recognition of the province’s cultural heritage by locals and visitors alike.
