Kyrgyz woman detained on suspicion of fraud in Cambodia

Twenty foreigners, including 19 Chinese citizens and a citizen of Kyrgyzstan, were arrested in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia, during a raid on a call center. The Khmer Times reported.
