MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) on Thursday said that it has directed the filing of criminal charges against the driver and operator of a taxi accused of overcharging a South Korean singer-songwriter. According to the LTFRB, the charges are on top of the administrative charges filed against them, as well as revocation of the franchise of the taxi operator involved.
