Islamabad airport becomes Pakistan’s first 5G-enabled airport: PAA

Islamabad International Airport has become Pakistan’s first airport to offer 5G internet services, the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) said on Thursday. According to the authority, passengers at the airport can now access high-speed 5G internet, enabling seamless live streaming, high-quality video calls, and faster browsing. The PAA said 5G services have already been activated in areas surrounding the airport, while technical work is underway to ensure full and improved coverage inside the terminal.
