BI defends move over viral video of passenger blocked to travel

MANILA, Philippines — The Bureau of Immigration (BI) on Thursday clarified that the viral video of a traveler whose departure was deferred at Ninoy Aquino International Airport (Naia) was due to inconsistencies in their statements.
