Polk County 1st assistant DA accused of installing illegal tracking device on vehicle, turns himself in

Michael Davis, the 1st assistant district attorney in Polk County, surrendered to the Jasper County Jail after a warrant was issued for his arrest on a Class A misdemeanor charge of unlawful installation of a tracking device.
