Warrick Page/HBO Max HBO’s wildly popular medical drama, The Pitt, will replace one of its main characters heading into its highly anticipated third season. Supriya Ganesh, who plays senior resident Dr. Samira Mohan, will leave the show at the conclusion of Season 2, according to a report by Variety .
