HCM City launches nine key task groups to implement 14th Party Congress Resolution

The HCM City Party Committee has issued Action Programme No. 15-CTrHD/TU to implement the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, setting out nine major groups of tasks and solutions for the 2025-30 period to promote sustainable and inclusive development.
