Over 400 people injured or killed by landmines in Azerbaijan

A total of 421 people have fallen victim to landmines in Azerbaijan since the end of the 2020 war, with 72 fatalities and 349 individuals sustaining serious injuries, AzerNEWS reports, citing a post shared by Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration, in a post marking the International Day for Mine Awareness.
